Natural mineral water drawn from the Saint Nicholas spring at Agios Nikolaos tis Stegis, near the mountain village of Kakopetria in the Troodos range.

The Troodos mountains are where Cyprus gets its water. Rain and snowmelt filter down slowly through layers of rock, picking up minerals on the way and emerging at springs like this one already naturally purified. It is bottled at source, with nothing added and nothing treated.

The result is a soft, clean-tasting water with a notably high bicarbonate content, which gives it a smooth character rather than the sharp edge of harder mineral waters. Easy to drink by the glass and good alongside food.
