From a single vineyard at an altitude of 850 meters in Sofiana, Corinth this great Assyrtiko. It ferments and matures in 500-liter French oak barrels for nine months.Mellow peaches,apricots, honey, orange peel,lemon and bergamot in the nose.The barrel is almost imperceptible, giving notes of vanilla and butter caramel.
