A lively wine with a bright greenish-yellow colour and an intense aromatic and fruity character dominated by citrus blossoms, pears and green apples

Type: White dry wine.

Grape Variety: Xinisteri.

Vineyards: Selected vineyards from the villages of Kilani, Agios Mamas and Agros.

Harvest: Mid-September till late October.

Vinification methods: Following cold maceration, traditional white wine fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Aging: Released relatively young in the market so as to maintain its freshness and intense aromas for at least 18 months.

Tasting notes: Bright green to yellow color. The aromas of citrus blossoms, pears and tropical fruit characterize its rich character. Finely balanced, with a refreshing acidity that leads to a long aftertaste.

Serving temperature: Enjoy its lively character at 10°C.
