Ingredients	Wheat flour (64%), water, fresh yeast, salt, sugar, wheat sourdough (water, wheat flour, acid: lactic acid, acidity regulator: acetic acid), vinegar, sunflower oil, baking enzymes, preservatives: (calcium propionate, sorbic acid)

Prepare Use	Oven: Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for about 2-3 minutes. Toaster: Preheat the toaster to medium heat and bake for about 2 minutes. Alexakis Pitta should not be overcooked, ideally spread with olive oil and dry or grill for 1 minute
