The famous Cypriot Trachanas is a Soup base ingredient.

ALAMBRA is producing the basic ingredient for this soup which is a blend of yogurt and crashed wheat under the brand “the granny”. After yoghurt and wheat is carefully blended together the finished product is led to dry until it becomes very hard and then vacuum packed.

“the granny” trachanas is produced with more than 80% of sheep’s yogurt offering the traditional authentic Cypriot taste.
