The founder of the “Psychis Traditional Distillery” distilled Mastic crystals, taking natural distillate and created, after many efforts, the excellent “Chios Mastiha Liqueur Psychis Distilled 100% (P.G.I.)”, a product with a Protected Geographical Indication (P.G.I.).
